If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, or if you experience an allergic reaction to a product purchased from us, you may return the product within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt for a full refund, provided the product was purchased after consulting with one of our skin care specialists.

Please note that all spa service sales are final. In the event of a valid medical reason preventing you from using the Medical Spa service you purchased, we will allow you to apply your remaining balance towards other services of equal value. A refund for a Medical Spa service will only be issued if accompanied by a note from a practicing physician detailing the medical reason that prevents you from utilizing the service. This request must be made within 6 months of the purchase date, at which point a 50% refund of the original service price will be issued.
